Job Description:
- Provide support to end user on-site and remotely to resolve IT issue
- Responding to users' request and issue in timely manner
- Perform Network/ Systems support on vessels
- Maintain inventory/ documentation of assigned Network/ Systems resources
- Monitor data centre environment and ensure system backup sucessfully
- Liaise with ICT vendors for support
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience on Windows Server/ Desktop
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
