Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project expenses, track budgets, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets design specifications and safety standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Preferably with atleast 2 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
