JOB SCOPE
- Implementation of Point of Sales System including installation, data migration, training etc.,
- Ensure smooth operation and functionality of Point of Sale (POS), network and applications/systems across multiple outlets island wide and overseas.
- Conduct pre-sales consultations with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored POS solutions.
- Manage and maintain hardware and software, including configuration and maintenance of peripherals, backup processes, and system upgrades or replacements.
- Handle after-hours on-call escalation and support for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve problems.
- Undertake additional duties related to your job scope as assigned by your Manager and/or Team Leader.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidates with relevant working experience in IT support are encouraged to apply.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver outcomes promptly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to solutions.
- Experience in documenting standard operating procedures, processes, and work instructions.
- Ability to balance day-to-day operational support with administrative tasks.
- Ability to liaise with Mandarin/English speaking customers is essential.
