Job summary

As the Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of Recruitment Consultants & Senior Consultants to foster a high-performance culture and ensuring team cohesion.


Key responsibilities:

  • Set strategic objectives and direction for your team to meet organisation and business goals.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial performance for your team and implement cost saving and revenue generating strategies.
  • Develop, train and coach team members.
  • Act as key leadership person to drive business transformation and expand new markets.
  • Achieve individual targets in assigned specialization.

Key requirements

  • Minimum Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of successful experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a history of leadership and team management, esp. in hiring for Digital, Technology, and IT space.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent assessment and client relationship management
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry trends, labour legislations and best practices in recruitment.
  • Proven success in leading, coaching, developing and managing a recruitment team.
  • Effective time and project management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs and market dynamics.
  • A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding performance targets and client expectations.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and fostering thought leadership within the team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for complex, high-level assignments.
