Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations, including overseeing inbound and outbound processes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of online sales orders and resolving logistics issues.
- Handle consumer enquiries across e-commerce platforms with professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Analyse consumer data to identify market trends and emerging opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to plan and implement online sales campaigns, driving revenue and customer engagement.
- Develop, implement, and refine design strategies to address new and existing customer needs, continuously improving brand engagement.
- Prepare, generate, and review monthly operational reports to provide insights that guides key decision-making processes
- Collaborate with different departments to create visually appealing and user-friendly layouts for E-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
- Provide input on the design and functionality of E-commerce platform, working to optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer behaviour data, including click-through rates and bounce rates, improving the site's usability and design features
- Assisting in design of promotional materials and content that enhance the aesthetic appeal of online stores to drive customer engagement.
