  • Market Trend Analysis: Conducts regular analysis of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Relationship Building: Develops and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners, ensuring open lines of communication and mutual trust.
  • Conflict Resolution: Acts as a point of escalation for client issues, working collaboratively to find effective solutions and maintain strong partnerships.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting

  • Sales Projections: Develops accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and sales team input, enabling the company to plan effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: SM Regularly tracks and report on sales performance against targets, analysing variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • In-Depth Product Training: Ensures the sales team is well-versed in product features, benefits, and applications, particularly in beauty and nail products.
  • Sales Techniques Workshops: Organizes training sessions on effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer engagement strategies.

Distribution Management:

  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborates with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Analyses distribution processes to identify areas for improvement, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
