1.Identify, negotiate and drive resolution of any conflicts with different departments related to material availability, capacity and order promise integrity
2.Maintains Navision work order release schedule that provides material on-time to manufacturing
3.Prepare report on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and customer satisfaction.
4.Document planning/scheduling guidelines and processes and support the analysis, development and implementation of new planning best practices
5.Works closely with Sales/CS, Purchasing and Warehouse/Logistics departments to update demand forecast and ensure on-time ordering, receipt, delivery of raw materials and finished goods shipments
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Production Planner experience in a manufacturing environment
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies
Skills:
Knowledge of Navision /SAP/ERP
Able to demonstrate strong hands-on Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities
