Your Role
As our Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring machine capacity maximization, as well as managing and ensuring the performance reliability of our current ERP systems
Your Calling
· Responsible for overall production planning and scheduling activities on shop floor
· Coordinating Production Workflow
· Drive for daily production meeting amongst all stakeholders (Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Delivery)
· Daily planning execution to maximize capacity
· Measure and analyse process cycle time performance and deviation
· Engage co-workers to reinforce On-Time-Delivery to satisfy customers
· Liaise with customers on technical and specification requirements, establishing PMP (Process Management Plan)
· Provide confirmation date to Account Holders on the schedule of product parts completion based on agreed response time
· Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Your Success Factors
· Min. Diploma Holder in Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field
· Min. 3 Years’ experience in production planning/scheduling
