Supervising and coordinating with contractors, maintaining safety standards on-site, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal worker to ensure timely completion of renovation projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manage
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Possess 3D drawing experiences
a) May need to work on Sunday and public holiday.
b) Able to work night shift and split shift.
c) At least 1 years of working experience in the renovation contractor industry
