• Maintain and improve ISO 9000 quality system and related procedures.
• Direct Point of Contact to customer NC and technical coordination.
• Lead monthly customer scorecard meeting.
• Support Internal Quality Audits to ensure the company operations comply with ISO standards.
• Supervise and motivate a team of QA / QC Technicians / Inspectors to provide QA / QC support to production.
• Develop and implement quality prevention processes internally /externally by working closely with SQE, In-Process, production team and customers.
• Formulate, establish and implement quality inspection control.
• Manage review and approve First article inspection submitted by suppliers for new products and changing requirements on approved parts.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing and Assembly environment.
• Have experience in supplier and customer quality management.
• Experience in MSA/SPC/FMEA and 8D problem solving skills.
• Experience in In Process Quality Control and Handling of Customer Complaints.
Skills:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing and Assembly environment.
