- Provide administrative support to the teachers on project basis;
- Provide administrative support to the school such as covering reception duties in the General Office on a daily basis (e.g. answering phone calls, attending to students, parents and school stakeholders);
- Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, etc (as and when required); the Personnel should be covered by insurance provided by company;
- Provide administrative support such as packing, sorting & distribution of materials or items;
- Maintains and updates data records including stocktaking of resources;
- Perform other general administrative duties e.g. filing and typing;
- Provide necessary support in school events;
- Provide assistance in any other duties as assigned by the school.
Qualification:
- Preferably a GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- At least 3 years experience working in similar capacity in a primary school environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint).
