Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing:
- Shoot high-quality footage for social media applications such as Shorts, Reels, short and long form video.
- Edit and finalise videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to craft social media and branding videos.
- Develop video concepts, create storyboards, and oversee the production process from start to finish.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, marketing goals, and overall identity.
- Handle post-production tasks such as editing, audio mixing, colour correction, text animations, and final composite output.
- Make creative decisions on shot selection, pacing, animation, colour grading, and music to elevate the cinematic quality of the videos.
Creative Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute video campaigns.
- Offer constructive feedback and be open to receiving input from the team.
- Research and apply fresh editing techniques to keep content engaging and up-to-date.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for visual aesthetics and cinematography in video production.
Event Filming:
- Record footage from events such as brand activations and presentations
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a videographer/video editor, with a portfolio showcasing performance marketing videos and event footage.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro or CapCut, with additional skills in After Effects
- Strong art direction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
