Lead a project team in the following for Mechanical (M&E) services for building projects:
- Concept designed.
- Detail design development.
- Contract documentation.
- Authority submission.
- Site administration to project completion.
Requirements:
- Singaporean / PR.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related Building Consultancy/Project Management field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related discipline.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Self driven and able to work independently.
- Basic Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM.
Salary: $4,500 to $5,000
