Position: Assistant Manager (Warehouse) (Job ID: 19275)
Job Description:
1. Safety and quality control operations in the warehouse department
2. Business process assessment and improvement activities aimed at streamlining and optimizing warehouse operations
3. Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective communication with customers.
4. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and implement corrective actions according to feedback from customers.
5. Provide support to department heads and team members in various areas, including operations, procurement, customer service, and warehouse management.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and solid understanding of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
