Job Description:
● Support in data mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities and recommending services to meet client’s needs
● Generate and develop new clients by making cold calls/and generating leads independently (F2F visit or phone), professional networking
● Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
● Identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and cross sell our services
● Negotiate agreement terms with clients to fulfil company’s objectives and sales goals
● Sharing of market insights and tabulate monthly sales report with the team
● Work in conjunction with other Talent Consultants and Training Team
● Able to support sales presentations and build good relationships with Clients and Talents
● Support event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
● Support collaborations and partnerships with schools, external vendors, suppliers etc.
Job Requirements:
● Minimum Diploma
● CEI Licensed
● Knowledge & experience of the retail and retail industry
● Strategic and analytical thinker, team player
● Result oriented and Sales driven with the ability to cope with challenges
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Able to work independently and collectively as a team
