A newly established family office set up that promotes a steadfast and good work life balance culture, they are looking for a newly added headcount to support the 2 Business Directors as an Executive Assistant.
About the job
You will provide the full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to 2 Directors, including calendar management, travel and entertainment arrangements and claims submission, general office management and liaison with vendors. You will be responsible for finance banking administration duties including account opening and maintenance, KYC and relevant documentation whilst supporting any other ad-hoc report preparation whenever required.
Skills and experience required
You should ideally be diploma qualified with at least 5 years of secretarial experience within a family office or small set up. Some exposure and/or interest in finance banking administration will be highly advantageous. You are resourceful and independent, comfortable working as an individual contributor in a lean set up. You have great interpersonal skills and can look forward to working in a nice working environment that promotes good work life balance.
