HR Recruiter, Internal

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process (including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to successful candidates)
  • Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
  • Ensure that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
  • Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Identify of new media for recruitment channels and participating in job fairs and social media outreach
  • Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
  • Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR work experience in Retail or Hospitality industry, particularly in talent sourcing and acquisition, ideally managing roles in high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated success in passive talent attraction and engagement.
  • Knowledge in employment law and regulations.
