Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process (including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to successful candidates)
- Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
- Ensure that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
- Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
- Identify of new media for recruitment channels and participating in job fairs and social media outreach
- Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
- Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR work experience in Retail or Hospitality industry, particularly in talent sourcing and acquisition, ideally managing roles in high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated success in passive talent attraction and engagement.
- Knowledge in employment law and regulations.
