Position: Executive Assistant (Japanese Speaking) (Job ID: 19170)
Job Description:
・Secretarial support to Managing Director, DMD, GM of the company such as schedule management, booking flights & restaurants, business itinerary, screening phone calls and emails and leaving memos.
・Research and report to management if asked.
・Filing, documentation support for Deputy Managing Director such as for date entry and translation from English to Japanese and vice versa etc.
・Any other ad-hoc matter when and where it is assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
・Experience in secretarial support / personal assistant.
・Basic knowledge on MS office.
・Good communication and interpersonal skill.
・Organization skill.
・Flexible and able to support on the requirements if any.
・Proficiency in Japanese to assist translation work from Japanese to English and vice versa.
