Job Description:
- Conduct marketing research and find new products to sell independently.
- Selling scientific, medical, and healthcare materials and devices
- Maintain and develop close relationship with existing customers, and cultivate new and potential clients
- Make product and company related presentations to prospective customers
- Listen carefully and understand clients requirements and create quotation to expand businesses
- Give shipping instructions for internal dispatch staffs
- Create sales reports like active plans and sales analysis to sophisticate daily sales activities and effectiveness
- Trouble shooting for customers when required
- Communicate with Japanese HQ to get precise products information and knowledge
- Collaborate with internal departments closely to ensure customer support
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience at a chemical manufacturer or trading company
- Japanese language ability will be great advantage to communicate with their Headquarters in Japan
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office) is required
- Person who work with initiative and eagerness
- Person who is communicative, cooperative, and eager to challenge something new
- Person who is interested in Japanese cultures
- Person who can work for the company as long as possible
