- Experience (10+ years) in IT solution delivery and solution architecture and experience as a Solution Architect in a large enterprise working on complex mission-critical IT initiatives.
- Experience (7+ years) in working on core banking, payments systems and transaction banking systems
- Experience (7+ years) and a track record of leading software development teams as Solution Architect and/or Development Lead.
- Experience and knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to influence the strategic direction of IT solutions across one or more areas.
- Experience in working in accordance to defined SDLCs for waterfall, iterative and agile models of development.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with competing priorities to maintain a focus on the delivery of high quality well-architected solutions.
Education/Certification:
- Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline.
- Good to have: Certification in Solution Architecture.
- Good to have: Certification in software design and development.
