PROJECT SECRETARY

Arch'lab Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilties

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents expeditiously and efficiently.
  • Facilitating the flow of communication to project team members.
  • Monitoring of project and contractual deadlines as well as liaising with external parties including clients, consultants and sub-consultants.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.


Requirements

  • GCE 'O' level/Diploma equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience, preferably in the Architectural/Construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English.
  • Proactive, take initiative and is well organised.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to start work on short notice.
