Roles & Responsibilties
- Assist in the preparation and management of project documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents expeditiously and efficiently.
- Facilitating the flow of communication to project team members.
- Monitoring of project and contractual deadlines as well as liaising with external parties including clients, consultants and sub-consultants.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' level/Diploma equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience, preferably in the Architectural/Construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both spoken & written English.
- Proactive, take initiative and is well organised.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to start work on short notice.
