Job Description:
- Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
- Evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction works.
- Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
- Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
- Carry out contract administration duties.
- Able to assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
- To involve, support and assist other aspects of operational needs when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 5 Year(s) of Local Construction working experience
