Job Description:
In charge of the full spectrum of HR functions covering:
▶Compensation & Benefits
▶Recruitment & Selection
▶Training & Development
▶Industrial Relations
▶HR Information System
・Manage, lead and oversees daily operation of HR Department.
・Report to management, HQ and provide decision support.
・Process and administer full spectrum of payroll and leave using InfoTech HRIS software.
・Conduct and facilitate annual performance exercise for employee remuneration.
・Expatriates management, compensation and benefits including Income Tax computation.
・Handle union-management meetings and negotiations.
・Ensure control and compliances requirements.
・Establish, review and implement HR policies and operational procedures.
・Support Malaysia office in HR function.
Job Requirements:
・Minimum 5 years in HR Manager position.
・Well Verse with Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act
・Familiar with operate InfoTech Software and Time Management System
・Business level Japanese to be able to communicate with Japan HQ and stakeholders.
・Good Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
・Skilled on Problem Solving and Decision Making
・Experience with Leadership / Managerial
