Position: Finance Manager (Japanese Speaking) (Job ID: 19267)
Job Description:
• Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Liaising with external auditors, tax agents and banks
• Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
• Creating Oracle NetSuite Standard Operating Procedures and system implementation
• Liaising with third party vendor for Oracle NetSuite support
• Assist with parts creation and stock reallocation as and when required
• Issuance of invoice and credit notes as and when required
• Assist in ad-hoc duties when required by Managing Director
• Audit and financial statement preparation
Job Requirements:
• Experience of Full Set of financial tasks
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Accountancy or Finance
• Diligent with initiative and a team player
• Proficient in Oracle NetSuite
• Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers
• Able to multitask and perform ad-hoc duties
• Posses a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Ability to stick to time constraints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Oracle system
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar industry
Great Advantage
• Proficient in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, cloud-based Core/Enterprise system)
• Possess C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant)
