Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up on inquiries.
Requirement:
- Typing speed: min 35wpm
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to work with many tabs + 2PCs concurrently
- Training: 830am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) for 1.5 week
