Digital marketing Executive

We are a startup company specializing in the development and operation of app platforms for lifestyle and education services in singapore and southaisa. Our platform connects users with top professionals in various fields, offering a seamless experience to explore and book services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key digital marketing functions, enhancing our brand presence, and driving continuous growth in our app user base.


Responsibilities:


1. Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance to optimize campaigns.

2. Content Creation and Management: Develop and execute content strategies across various formats (e.g., blogs, videos, images) that align with the brand, aimed at attracting target audiences.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to improve the company’s website rankings on search engines and increase organic traffic.

4. Ad Campaign Management: Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, focusing on maximizing conversions while staying within budget.

5. Data Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Semrush to analyze website traffic, ad performance, and other key metrics. Provide regular reports and optimize digital marketing strategies based on data insights.

6. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and monitor key email metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

7. User Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new users and retain existing users through various digital channels, ensuring sustained app growth and engagement.

8. Event Planning: Plan and execute online promotional events (e.g., webinars, contests) to boost brand exposure and increase user interaction.

9. Competitor Analysis and Market Research: Continuously track competitors’ digital marketing strategies, conduct market research, and adjust the company’s approach based on findings.

10. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and use other metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize performance.


Requirements:


• A Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in marketing, IT.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and ad campaign management.

• Experience using digital marketing tools such as Semrush and GA4.

• Familiarity with Adobe Commerce Cloud platform and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Dotdigital, or Salesforce.

• Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate and work within a team but also be a self-starter.


Compensation:


• Base salary + KPI-based commission structure. High performers will be rewarded generously.
