Job Responsibilities:
1. Define the design vision for products, drive user interface innovation, and ensure the design strategy aligns with the company’s overall goals and product roadmap.
2. Work closely with product management, development, marketing, and other teams to ensure that design solutions meet user needs while also aligning with technical and business objectives. Coordinate resources and workflows.
3. Supervise the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring the designs meet up quality standards and are completed on time within budget.
4. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability, especially to maintain the unity of the design when dealing with multiple products or platforms.
5. Continuously iterate and optimize the product’s UI/UX design through user testing, feedback collection, and data analysis to enhance user satisfaction.
6. Focus on creating intuitive and efficient user experiences, ensuring the interface adheres to user-centered design principles, simplifying complex processes, and enhancing ease of use.
7. Lead and manage the UI/UX design team, set design goals, and provide constructive feedback.
8. Keep track of industry design trends and technologies to maintain the company’s strategic competitive edge.
9. Handle other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in design, user experience, interaction design, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience and over 2 years of team management experience. Experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industries is preferred.
3. Proficient in user experience design methods such as user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and other user experience design methods. Capable of translating complex technical concepts into user interfaces. Familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
4. Knowledgeable in user testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design optimization processes.
