Position: Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) (Job ID: 19285)
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
- Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan & Taiwan in Japanese or Chinese and with customers in English or Chinese.
- Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
- Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
- Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
- Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
- Customer entertainment may require.
- Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder
- Good command of written and spoken of Japanese, Mandarin & English to liaise with vendors from Japan & Taiwan
- Responsible and Independent.
- Positive thinker and self-motivated.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
