Role & Responsibilities:
- Handled Set up and configure data models.
- Serve as primary Salesforce Marketing developer for the Salesforce environment.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
- Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
- Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation and customer journey.
- Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
- 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation.
- Strong experience in developing responsive email templates and landing pages.
- Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's various modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Social Studio.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interactions and APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales and marketing processes.
