ADMIN COORDINATOR

Fps Global Logistics Pte. Ltd.

We are a leading freight forwarding company with worldwide operation.


Primary Responsibility

The admin operation main duty is to be responsible for all administrative and part of operations service-related tasks.

He/She will provide support to the team, assisting with operations related need.

We need a motivated individual who can work independently and as a team.


Specific Responsibility

1) Support to plan, organise and control day-to-day import / export process within the haulier services to ensure smooth operation.

2) Ensure daily activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Receipt of job information from CS team to be updated in operational system
  • Processing of permit, if necessary
  • Updating of charges into system & CS team
  • Petty cash control

3) Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.


Requirement

  • Min GCE ‘O’ level
  • One (01) year’s working experience in similar environment, an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately, an advantage
