- Familiar with CAD/CAM especially MasterCam. Create the Offline CNC programs using Mastercam 2020.
- Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read and apply for CNC programming.
- Hands on experience of component prove out on Machining, Mill Centre, Turning and Wirecut.
- Generate routing operations in ERP (VM) system.
- Ability to readout CNC G - codes.
- Strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and support new complex FA production.
- Provide technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures.
- Review existing processes and establish the best machining processes.
- Identify problems in the production processes and implement preventive/corrective actions.
- Able to work together with workers engaged in production process to make sure the productions runs smoothly, produce the right part, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.
- Assist with costing and quotation process
