Responsibility:
Post Contract Stage:
- To supervise QS in performing duties in accordance to contract provision and company system
- To ensure QS perform duties within timeline given
- Checking QS work output, eg claim, measurement & payment certification
- Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/ areas of concern
- Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered by QS and propose the effective solution approach
- Assist in final account settlement/ commercial settlement of project account
- Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 6 years of working experience in related filed is required
- Meticulous and details oriented
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
