Job Summary
Retail Store - L2 Production Support Project.
- Strong understanding and Hands-on Experience in Java, SQL, AWS/Cloud, Knowledge on Inventory Management and Order Fulfilment.
- Have good knowledge on Retail store support process.
- Should involve in Incident & Service Request Management, Problem & Change Management, Root Cause Analysis.
- Service now & ITIL process Knowledge is required.
- Should participate actively in team meetings discussions and be proactive in communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must
Key Responsibilities
- Technical POC for respective Geo.
- Strong understanding of Retail production support activities - Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management is mandatory
- Experience in Customer Facing role is mandatory.
- Should be able to lead 6+ member team from remote location and co-ordinate the work between customers and offshore resources. Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly. Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues
- Should have experience working on offshore/onsite model and should communicate efficiently across the team
- Good communication skills.
- Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support.
- Discuss all production support aspects with application development management.
