Job Summary

Retail Store - L2 Production Support Project.

  • Strong understanding and Hands-on Experience in Java, SQL, AWS/Cloud, Knowledge on Inventory Management and Order Fulfilment.
  • Have good knowledge on Retail store support process.
  • Should involve in Incident & Service Request Management, Problem & Change Management, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Service now & ITIL process Knowledge is required.
  • Should participate actively in team meetings discussions and be proactive in communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must

Key Responsibilities


  • Technical POC for respective Geo.
  • Strong understanding of Retail production support activities - Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management is mandatory
  • Experience in Customer Facing role is mandatory.
  • Should be able to lead 6+ member team from remote location and co-ordinate the work between customers and offshore resources. Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly. Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues
  • Should have experience working on offshore/onsite model and should communicate efficiently across the team
  • Good communication skills.
  • Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support.
  • Discuss all production support aspects with application development management.
