Job Description:
- Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions.
- Manage the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Ensure compliance with Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) labor laws, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax regulations.
- Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage office services and IT coordination.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years in an HR generalist/ manage role.
- Experience working in the building developer/ construction industry.
- Prior experience with InfoTech is advantageous.
