Location : New Bridge Road


Position : Investigation Support Work Staff (3 pax)


Contract period : 1 Jan 25 – 31 Dec 25


Working hours : Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm with an hour lunch break


Salary max $3,750 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.


Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:

• Prepare relevant documents and letters as requested by police officers;

• File and/or duplicate Court documents, media files, and other documents;

• Process completed investigation case files for filling;

• Proofread documents/transcripts to check for accuracy;

• Answer calls from members of public and re-direct calls to the relevant officers;

• Liaise with members of public for appointments with police officers;

• Administrative processing of case exhibits;

• Any other administrative tasks, such as planning unit-level events, collating KPIs, etc;


Requirement :


b) Was a former Police Officer from the Singapore Police Force

c) Must not be a subject of an ongoing criminal investigation at the time of application for the job;

d) Was not terminated from service from the Singapore Police Force or any civil service;

e) Observe confidentiality at all times for all documents and information received and handled during the course of work;

f) Possess at least Diploma / A’level qualifications, and will be assessed based on a mixture of experience, aptitude and qualifications;

g) Preference for candidates with relevant working experience in law enforcement agencies

h) Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently;

i) Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written)

j) Understand simple legal documents, for the purpose of attending to work assignments;

k) Possess basic computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office applications, and comfortable with learning and using computerized investigation management systems;

l) Be flexible and adaptable to any process changes;
