- Maintain PMO level document repositories
- Partners with the CDO to design tools and/or presentations for strategy planning, budget review, that will make it easier to drive the business goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders
- Provide governance and technical guidance on software components registered for certification and release vehicles
- Analyze designs and make recommendations for changes or modifications
- Lead team members to identify project scope
- Prepare a project plan as appropriate
- Work with managers to prioritize projects and ensure key project deliverables and timeframes are shared with HRIS/HRIT for resource planning
- Identify and interview key individuals to gather needed details and direction
- Drive sessions with Business Process Owners and process participants
Qualifications:
- Act as central contact for the businesses supported and provide input or feedback as needed
- Proactively work with the WFM teams ( to make recommendations to for future staffing needs
- Provide expertise and support to other areas of eWFM to ensure initiatives and projects are rolled out seamlessly
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in Industry Best Practices and Call Centre Metrics
- Proactive identify/escalate issues and recommend solutions to the appropriate stakeholders
- Experience with Personnel Scheduling, Payroll and/or integration with custom and third-party applications helpful
