We are seeking a dynamic and driven Vinyl Flooring Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with interior designers and contractors and promoting our premium range of vinyl flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the interior design industry, and construction projects, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of design professionals and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with Interior Designers (IDs), contractors, and related businesses to promote our vinyl flooring products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders such as architects, designers, builders, and project managers.
- Product Consultation: Provide expert advice on vinyl flooring options, design trends, installation techniques, and material selection to meet client needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities within the design and contractor segments.
- Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Organize and lead product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for ID and contractor teams.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical) to ensure timely product delivery and support for client projects.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively pursuing new opportunities and closing deals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.
