Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and maintains a friendly attitude towards all customers
- Attend to customers’ queries at the cashier counter
- Assist customers in the in-store checkout process
- Handle daily cashiering duties
- Receive and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
- Process change to customer in an accurate and concise manner.
- Coordinate with retail staff for product inquiries and price checks.
- Implement current promotional events during the checkout process
- Stay update on corporate partners’ rewards and redemption programme.
- Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
- Count the cash in the drawer at the end of the day ensuring cash equals receipts.
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers.
