• Demonstrates exposure and experiences in EV Charger and Telecommunication deployments and carrying out quick troubleshooting + rectification work.
• Strong working knowledge of AC and DC EV charging systems, with practical hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with OCPP protocal and App interface.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WiFi/4G network principles, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Proficient in reading and analysing diagnostic log from CSMS
• Shift work will be expected. Candidate preferrably to have exposure in resolving ticketed issues, provide IT and security event monitoring, attending to user request and problem management.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, configuring, and setting up network peripheral devices such as modems, routers, switches, and I/O devices.
