Position: Secretary to the Chairman
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
More than 3 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
1. Assist the Chairman in the operation and management of the company and coordinate the internal and external relations of the company;
2. Assist the Chairman in handling external contacts and maintaining external public relations;
3. Responsible for timely conveying the Chairman’s instructions and arrangements, and drafting letters, reports, and other documents assigned by the Chairman;
4. Responsible for following up and supervising the company’s research and decision-making matters, and reporting the progress of various work to the Chairman;
5. Complete other work tasks authorized and assigned by the Chairman.
