We are seeking a QHSSE Superintendent to oversee our Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental functions. This position requires strong knowledge of QHSSE management systems, ISM Code, ISPS Code, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance safety practices on vessels and in the office.
- Manage QHSSE compliance and documentation.
- Conduct training and safety coaching for crew members.
- Perform audits and inspections to maintain high safety standards.
- Address QHSSE deficiencies and client requirements.
- Support the marine superintendent and assist with QHSSE tasks.
- Travel to vessels for audits and training as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications (ISM/ISPS/ISO Auditor, DPA/CSO, Accident Investigation)
- Minimum 5 years in marine QHSSE roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Seafaring experience preferred
- Willingness to travel on short notice
