M&E Technician
Our client is a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering firm that specialized in a one stop solution in integrating M&E needs from start to end with 900 over major projects that includes corporate, industrial, institutional and government bodies. The M&E Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance & Service Department with on-site maintenance and service tasks, as well as coordinating with subcontractors for repair work
- Remuneration: $2700 - $3500 (Depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 9am – 6pm
- Location: Aljunied (15 mins walk from Aljunied MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage M&E fit-out projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Handle addition and alteration works on-site.
- Manage electrical systems, ACMV, fire protection, and plumbing services. Site Supervision: Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety, and regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and verify as-built drawings for accuracy.
- Supervise installation of M&E services.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Nitec in Electrical Engineering or relevant field will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in M & E works (Electrical /ACMV) will be preferred
