Responsibilities:
- Manage service team performing installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance of critical power equipment such as Modular UPS, Lithium Battery, Generators, Switchgears.
- Coordinate installation, preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all site visits.
- Overseas and control team of Critical Power Engineers/Technicians.
- Serve as the point of contact for the client.
- Support the sales team by serving as the technical subject matter expert on critical power equipment and solutions.
- Create and modify installation and maintenance operational procedures for equipment.
- Assist with any Business Development as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Power equipment within a rail built environment (Uninterruptable Power Supply, Generators, Switchgears, Batteries, etc).
- Extensive knowledge major brands of UPS systems.
- Previous experience managing or leading a big UPS field service team especially in MRT projects.
- Requires excellent verbal, written communication skills & customer relation skills.
- Must be able to provide high level of quality customer service during/after testing & commissioning and after sales service period.
- Requires extensive knowledge of equipment manufacturer’s UPS specifications.
- Must be able to provide necessary pro-active aftersales recommendations to clients.
- Previous experience in the UPS (Modular/Static) experience with Electrical engineering background is a huge plus.
