Morgan McKinley is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Responsibilities
- Offering comprehensive administrative support to the Psychology and Child & Human Development Department and Centre for Assessment and Evaluation (CAE).
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating engaging events, including seminars, workshops, and visiting professorships.
- Managing purchases and processing claims for the CAE.
- Facilitating the requisition and financial management of logistics items.
- Carrying out various functional tasks as directed by managers and the Head of Department.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop is a plus!
- At least an ITE or Diploma qualification.
- Preferably prior experience in the education industry.
