Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for Lotus Notes applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lotus Formula, Lotus Script, and Java within the applications.
• Perform front-end and back-end coding tasks to enhance existing applications and develop new features.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Develop test cases and perform testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
• Analyse reports and provide insights to improve application performance.
• Manage and prioritise support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information systems/ information technology or related field.
• Experience in Lotus Notes application support.
• Proficient in Lotus Formula, Lotus Script, Java, REST APIs, Front-End and Back-End coding
• Familiarity with VB.NET, SharePoint, Confluence and coding best practices.
