We are looking for Office Administrator.
Whose responsibilities include:
· Answering phone call
· Assist for WP/PP renewal, monitor for relevant expiry date & renewal
· Arrange, schedule, coordinate Training whenever request (new & renew); Dormitory check-in/out
· Copying, Scanning & filing
· Assist for Payroll process / generate Payslip base on timesheet
· Laise with office suppliers
· Other duties in office administration matters and ad hoc as per request
· Proactive and able to work independent
Requirement:
Prefer candidate with relevant experience.
