- 5 Day work week
- Data entry of sales invoices and monthly Statement of Accounts
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and service providers for AP/AR matters
- Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed and well-maintained
- Generate invoices/exchange note for daily sales/suppliers/vendors and refund documents
Requirements:
- Preferbably with experience in MYOB and Excel
- must be able to work independently
- well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
- preferable to start work immediately or within short notice
