Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Retail Assistant located in Commonwealth Drive. Our client is a local Board Game store and distributor. You will manage the daily operations of a centre, ensuring its smooth functioning by overseeing both administrative and operational tasks. This includes handling student and staff records, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, and managing the collection of fees. Additionally, the role requires overseeing the staff’s welfare, preparing duty rosters, and providing guidance on classroom management. Monthly staff meetings are conducted to plan and review programmes for the centre, and the individual will collaborate closely with SCC Coaches and Teaching Excellence to provide feedback and necessary support. A key part of the role is motivating the team to achieve excellence, meet centre targets, and fulfil key performance indicators. The role also involves supervising activities aimed at meeting developmental objectives, ensuring accurate record-keeping for attendance, grades, health, and safety. Lastly, other duties may be assigned by the Cluster Head.
