Job Scope:
· Design and lead product development projects from ideation, prototype to commercialisation in accordance with the company’s goals
· Maintain proper documentation of all development trials performed
· Perform data analysis and summarise findings into technical report
· Present project progress and product prototypes to stakeholders
· Conduct equipment calibration at scheduled intervals
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or other relevant fields. Diploma holders with at least 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply
· Familiar with basic instrumental analysis such as water activity meter and pH meter
· Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills and rigour in project management
· Having experience in food product development is a bonus
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
