Job Description
- Handle feedback pertaining to Vocational Licencing Matters (outbound calls and emails)
- Comfortable in speaking to members of public and also provide written responses as necessary
- To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback
- Familiar with common office tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc. On-the-job training will be provided for use of internal systems
- Follow guidelines on feedback handling
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
